CONCERT REVIEW: Lupe Fiasco (Miller Lite Oasis/Summerfest, Milwaukee)
The reliably entertaining Lupe Fiasco takes the stage at the Miller Lite Oasis, but struggles to gain much traction with an especially distracted Summerfest crowd.
